How It Works

Reserving is easy.

  1. 01

    Pick your dates

Tell us when you arrive and how long you're staying. Most weekends fill 30 days out.

  2. 02

    Call the office

Megan or Brooke will walk you through pad selection, rig fit, and the rig-age check.

  3. 03

    Pull in & relax

Check-in is after 3pm. Bloody Mary is open at the clubhouse by 4.

Why the rig policy?

The 10-year / 30-foot rule (5 / 35 on Premium) is the reason the resort still looks like a resort. It keeps the property looking lived-in but not lived-on, and it's a big part of why our guests keep coming back.

Reservation Questions

Things people ask first.

Can I bring my older RV?

No — we cap at 10 years old (and 30 ft) for Regular sites, and 5 years (35 ft) for Premium. The policy keeps the resort looking like a resort.

How big are the sites?

70 feet long by 15 feet wide, concrete, level. Full 30/50-amp hookups, Cox cable (72 channels), and Cox Wi-Fi at every site.

Is the golf course open to RV guests?

Absolutely — and you get 20% off published green fees as a resort guest. Tee times go fast in shoulder season; call the pro shop the day before.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, leashed. We don't have a fenced dog park yet — Tanyard Creek Nature Trail is 28 minutes away if your dog needs to run.

What's near here?

Crystal Bridges Museum is 20 minutes. Bentonville mountain bike trails are 18. Eureka Springs is an hour. We'll be your basecamp.

How do I reserve?

Call us at 479-248-1000. Online booking is coming. We get back to you the same day.
